Overview of Integrated Ylopo Tools

Home Search Site - Your Ylopo lead conversion site that is connected to your MLS IDX Feed(s). It’s used for generating new Social and PPC leads, remarketing to existing leads, and engaging your database with listing alerts and seller alerts. Home Search site URL example: search.youryloposite.com, search.youryloposite.com/seller. Leads who register on your home search site are automatically brought into KW Command and brought into Ylopo Stars for lead nurturing. User website activity is tracked in Ylopo Stars and added to leads profiles in KW Command. Learn more about the home search site.

Agent Home Search Site (optional) - The Agent Home Search Site, also referred to as the agent subdomain, is an exact copy of your main home search site with a slighty different URL, URL example: agentfirstname.youryloposite.com. The other difference is the Agents information is listed in the presented by section. The KW Command integration does not support direct agent assignment to agents for leads registering on agent subdomains; leads will need to be manually assigned to the agent the lead whose home search site they registered on. Branded Site - Your Ylopo website used to inform prospects about you or team, your services and the communities you service. This page also hosts additional agent tools for lead conversion. This site is hosted on the Squarespace platform making it is highly customizable, and integrates with your home search site. Branded site URL example: youryloposite.com, youryloposite.com/tools. Leads who register on your branded site are automatically brought into KW Command and into Ylopo Stars. Learn more about the Branded Site.

Ylopo Stars - Stars is Ylopo’s database marketing tool that integrates with your KW Command CRM and leads. You’ll access Stars via a leads Stars link directly on leads profiles in KW Command. Stars is where you will manage outgoing communication from Ylopo such as listing alerts, AI texting, and view the lead experience on your home search site. Ylopo generated leads will automatically be in Stars, you’ll work with Ylopo to import all of your existing eligible leads and lead sources into Stars. Learn more about Stars.

AI Texting - Your Ylopo AI text assistant reaches out to new leads and can re-engage active leads via SMS, responding instantly and maintaining conversations to keep them engaged. AI texting can ask relevant questions to determine if a lead is serious about buying or selling. The AI text features includes a combination of drip texting, behavioral texting and Automated ISA AI text. Behavioral texting is included in your tech fee, drip and Automated ISA AI texting is an additional cost. You’ll manage your AI text feature with in Stars. Learn more about AI texting.

Listing Alerts/Seller Alerts - Automated email notifications sent to leads or potential clients to keep them engaged with your brand on your home search site. User engagement and activity with these are tracked via Stars. You’ll manage and create these alerts in users Stars Profiles. Learn more about Listing Alerts and Seller Alerts

Ylopo Tags - Ylopo heavily utilizes its own sets of tags to provide insight into the lead, segment your database and help optimize your workflows. Our tags are automatically applied to leads profiles in KW Command such as YLOPO_ORGANIC for leads who registered directly from your home search site and the Y_SELLER_REPORT_VIEWED for leads who viewed their seller report. Remarketing Ads (optional) - A cost effective and integral part of your marketing strategy for staying in front of your database. Remarketing Ads can include seller ads, buyer ads, and branded video ads. When your lead clicks on a remarketing ad, they are directed to your home search site to begin or continue searching, and will automatically be logged in if they've already registered on the site. If a lead has not previously registered on your site, we'll ask them a series of registration questions when they arrive. Learn more about remarketing.

Lead Management

Ylopo lead sources

Image: Ylopo marketing and website generated lead sources are added to your lead sources and are distributed based on the distribution rules set in KW Command’s lead Management settings.

Ylopo Generated Leads are delivered to your KW Command CRM and distributed according to your CRM lead distribution rules. Ensure these are set up for your business needs.

Ylopo lead sources may include: Ylopo, Ylopo Seller, Open House (Ylopo), Branded Website, Home Valuation (Ylopo).

You can also create and save SmartViews by filtering for Ylopo lead sources.

Custom Fields

Ylopo Stars Link - Integration and Ylopo Agent Tools

Ylopo Stars is Ylopo’s database marketing tool that integrates with KW Command, giving you a powerful way to engage, nurture and track home buyer and seller activity. You will access the leads Stars profile via the users Stars link in the Custom Fields section on leads profiles in KW Command.

Agents will access users Stars profiles to view all lead activity on the home search site, edit listing alerts, send push listings, take over AI texting conversation, etc.

Leads generated by Ylopo are automatically imported into Ylopo Stars such as engagement with your AI and Ylopo home search site.

IMPORTANT: Import your existing leads and leads from other sources into Ylopo Stars

Complete a mass lead import to import your existing database into Stars
Complete the auto-import form for your other buyer and seller lead sources you wish to have automatically imported into Stars and nurtured by Ylopo.
Leads can be manually added to Stars via Stars

Sender and Agent Notifications

The assigned agents information will be used to send listing alerts and seller alerts.

The assigned agent will receive Ylopo’s Priority Notifications and AI engagement text notifications for the assigned lead.

Optional: If requested, when Ylopo agent subdomains are created for agents, leads can be associated with agent subdomains based on KW Command assignee (the leads visiting the home search site will be directed to the agent subdomain).

Engagement with your Ylopo ads, AI text, home search site activity, and priority alerts are captured in Stars and synched to the leads profile in KW Command under the timeline section.

Engagement with the home search site, listing alerts, seller alerts and priority events are added as notes. Some Ylopo activity notes will direct to you the users Stars profile, some to view the property a lead looked at or engaged with on your Ylopo home search site.

Texts from and replies to your AI text assistant are added as texts.

Both outbound texts sent from the AI, and inbound texts received from the lead, will be included on the lead's profile in Wise Agent.

AI Texts will be sent on behalf of a team persona, ex: The Local Home Teams Assistant, you will provide your preferred persona during your Implementation phase with Ylopo. This persona can be changed at anytime by emailing support@ylopo.com.

AI can text users with Stars links including new Ylopo leads, auto-imported leads and manually imported leads who engage on the home search site. Agents will access the lead message inbox in Stars to pause AI texting, stop AI texting or step in as the AI text assistant.

A relevant AI text tag (category) is applied in the category section and the conversation is added to activity/notes section when a conversation begins with a lead.

These tags (categories) include:

AI_ENGAGED - Lead replied to your assistants text

AI_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP - Your text assistant has found an opportunity for the agent to follow up on ASAP

AI_NOT_INTERESTED - The lead has replied with a negative sentiment to your assistants text and has automatically opted out of further communication

AI_OPT_OUT - The lead responded unfavorably, using any language to “stop,” we will automatically opt the lead out of all future texting

Ylopo Notifications

When someone responds to your AI text assistant the text conversation is added to the timeline section as a text. The assigned agent will receive a text and an email notification from Ylopo.

Priority Notifications

When someone’s home search activity really heats up, or they reach out to you for help or for more information, we will flag them as a "Priority Lead." The lead will be tagged with the “YPRIORITY” tag/category, a priority note will be added in the activity section.

Ylopo will send the assigned agent a priority text and email alert.
