Your Ylopo home search site is the heart of your Ylopo license. We will use your home search site to generate buyer and seller leads, and capture important buyer and seller lead activity. This site will be connected to your MLS IDX feed and integrated with Stars and your CRM.

Your Ylopo Home search site is your main default search site. This is where all marketing is directed and leads are generated.

The site is optimized to work for all browsers and cell phones so it is clean and quick to load.

Any lead who registers directly on the main home search site will become a lead in your CRM.

Seller Page

(seller subdomain)

search.mybrandedsite.com/seller

The seller page is an extension of your main home search site (subdomain) and is also used to capture leads.

You can access your seller page by adding /seller at the end of your main search site subdomain, ex. search.mybrandedsite.com/seller

Leads that register on the seller page will be required to provide their address, name, email and phone number and will be added to your CRM and imported into Stars.

The registered user will be taken to their seller report, begin to receive seller alert that includes the seller report sent to them on a weekly basis.

Optional Agent Home Search Site and Agent Seller Page (agent subdomain)

An Agent Subdomain is identical to your main default Ylopo Search Site and Seller Page, but with the specific agent information included in the leads “Presented By” section.

Any agents using the open house tool need an Agent Subdomain. To request Ylopo to create an agent subdomain complete this form: Add a new Agent to Ylopo

Benefits of the Agent Subdomain

  • Agent information listed in “Presented by” sections

  • Any lead who registers directly on the agent search subdomain will be assigned to that agent in the CRM (If using FUB, LionDesk, or Sierra).

  • This depends on the IDX Feed. You can ask through support@ylopo.com to confirm

    • You can send the request to support@ylopo.com with the MLS Board that you want to be added.

      • If the new MLS feed is out of state, please reach out to your Client Success Manager to discuss your options.

    • Please make sure that you have permission from the MLS Board, or that you are part of them.

    • Our IDX Team will assist you further as there will be paperwork to be completed.
