License Transfer Request Form

The license transfer process is a change in account ownership with minor updates and administrative changes. As a reminder, license transfers may take several weeks to complete, due to paperwork involved and IDX board approval. Please provide the current Ylopo License Holders Name and Party ID (if available).

Please note, if you are wanting to make any of the following changes you will not eligible for a License Transfer.

• Domain name change

• Brokerage change
