Overview of Integrated Ylopo Tools
Home Search Site - Your Ylopo lead conversion site that is connected to your MLS IDX Feed(s). It’s used for generating new Social and PPC leads, remarketing to existing leads, and engaging your database with listing alerts and seller alerts. Home Search site URL example: search.youryloposite.com, search.youryloposite.com/seller. Leads who register on your home search site are automatically brought into Lofty and added into Ylopo Stars for lead nurturing. User website activity is tracked in Ylopo Stars and added to leads profiles in Lofty. Learn more about the home search site.
Agent Home Search Site (optional) - A great option for teams using Ylopo, the Agent Home Search Site, also referred to as the agent subdomain, is an exact copy of your main home search site with a slightly different URL, URL example: agentfirstname.youryloposite.com. Instead of the generic team information or team broker, the assigned Agent information is listed in the presented by section. Leads who register on agent subdomains are automatically assigned to the agent in Lofty, added into Stars and associated with the agents home search site. Learn more about the home search site.
Branded Site - Your Ylopo website used to inform prospects about you or team, your services and the communities you service. This page also hosts additional agent tools for lead conversion. This site is hosted on the Squarespace platform making it is highly customizable, and integrates with your home search site. Branded site URL example: youryloposite.com, youryloposite.com/tools. Leads who register on your branded site are automatically brought into Lofty and added into Ylopo Stars. Learn more about the Branded Site.
Ylopo Stars - Stars is Ylopo’s database marketing tool that integrates with your CRM and leads profiles. You’ll access Stars via a leads Stars link on leads profiles in your CRM. Stars is where you will manage outgoing communication from Ylopo such as listing alerts, AI texting, and view the lead experience on your home search site. Users in Stars are eligible for Ylopo remarketing. Ylopo generated leads will automatically be in Stars, you’ll work with Ylopo to import all of your existing eligible leads and other lead sources into Stars. Learn more about Stars.
AI Texting - Your Ylopo text assistant reaches out to new leads and can re-engage active leads via SMS, responding instantly and maintaining conversations to keep them engaged. It asks relevant questions to determine if a lead is serious about buying or selling. You’ll manage your AI texting in Stars. AI texting reaches out on behalf of a set persona, ex. Listing Alerts/Seller Alerts - Automated email notifications sent to leads or potential clients to keep them engaged with your brand on your home search site. User engagement and activity with these are tracked via Stars. You’ll manage and create these alerts in users Stars Profiles. Learn more about Listing Alerts and Seller Alerts
Ylopo Tags - Ylopo heavily utilizes its own sets of tags to help optimize your workflows and automate outreach in your CRM. Our tags are automatically applied to leads such as Ylopo_Adwords for Google PPC generated leads, AI_ENGAGED for leads responding to AI texts, and YPRIORITY for important activity on your home search site. Remarketing Ads (optional) - A cost effective and integral part of your marketing strategy for staying in front of your database. Remarketing Ads can include seller ads, buyer ads, and branded video ads. When your lead clicks on a remarketing ad, they are directed to your home search site to begin or continue searching, and will automatically be logged in if they've already registered on the site. If a lead has not previously registered on your site, we'll ask them a series of registration questions when they arrive. Learn more about remarketing.

Lead Routing
Ylopo lead sources

Lead Routing and Sources: Ylopo Leads are delivered to your CRM and routed according to your Lofty lead routing and distribution rules. Ensure these are set up for your business needs.
Ylopo lead sources include: Ylopo, Ylopo Seller, Branded Site, Open House (Ylopo), Ylopo Adwords, Ylopo Facebook
You can also route leads based on Ylopo tags.
Ylopo Stars Link
Integration and Ylopo Agent Tools
Image: A link to Ylopo Stars is present, making the lead eligible for remarketing, AI engagement, website activity synching, etc.
Leads generated by Ylopo are automatically imported into Ylopo Stars. Stars will capture information as users engage with your Ylopo websites and tools and syncs information to the leads profile in Lofty.
You will access the Stars profile via each persons profile in Lofty under the contact details by clicking view full details to view link. Priority notes will also include Stars links to the leads profile in Stars.
IMPORTANT:
Complete a mass lead import to import your existing database into Stars
Complete the auto-import form for your other buyer and seller lead sources you wish to have automatically imported into Stars.
You can manually add leads to Stars within the Stars platform.
Pipeline
AI Texting Management
Image: Pipeline is lead, making the lead eligible for AI texting. If agent changed the pipeline to “active client,” AI engagement would stop.
AI Texting will work your eligible pipelines and blacklisted from working the others. A users pipeline status will be synced to Stars and updating the pipeline in Lofty syncs the new pipeline to Stars.
Example: AI texts the new lead pipeline, AI engagement stops when agent changes to active client pipeline.
You can also pause, stop or step in as your AI within the users Stars profile.
During your Implementation phase, you will advise Ylopo which pipelines to blacklist for your AI. You can review or change these settings at any time by emailing support@ylopo.com.
Assigned to
Sender, Agent Notifications and “Presented By”

The assigned agents information will be synced to Stars and used to send listing alerts and seller alerts. Note: Private Leads owned by other agents cannot be added to Stars.
The assigned agent will also receive notifications from Ylopo for Priority Notifications and engagement with the AI text feature for their assigned leads.
Ponds: When a lead is assigned to a pond, listing alerts, AI texting, and pushing listings, the assigned agent will be pulled by Lofty, according to which is pulled first at that time. Once a lead is assigned to an individual agent and removed from the pond, Ylopo will sync the lead to the agent's contact information and ensure the pond assignment is no longer utilized.
Optional settings:
For Ylopo users with a seat in Lofty, Stars access, and a Ylopo agent subdomain, the assigned agent will also synch to the users experience on the home search site to the agents subdomain.
Activity

Engagement with Ylopo websites and tools will be captured in Stars and synced to the activity section on the leads profile in Lofty.
Listings viewed on the home search site appear in a few distinct ways in the Lofty:
Property Views are added in the View/Notes section
Property Favorites are added in the Favorites/Notes section
Property Info/Showing requests added in Requests/Notes and an appointment record is created
Tags
Ylopo tags to organize and automate

Ylopo Tags are automatically applied to the leads profile in Lofty. The Ylopo tags provide insight into where the leads originated, registration responses, tags to take action on, and how they are engaging with your Ylopo sites, tools and AI. View our Ylopo Tag Catalog.

IMPORTANT: Utilize tags to filter through your database around whats important to you and create smartlists to follow up on important activities. Create automations in your CRM using Ylopo tags.
AI Texting

AI can text leads in eligible Pipelines. Both outbound texts sent from the AI, and inbound texts received from the lead, will be included on the lead's profile in Lofty as they happen in Stars. Agents will access the leads Stars profile to step in as the AI or manage the AI texting.
When someone responds to your AI text assistant, the assigned agent will receive a text and an email notification.
Within the leads profile in the CRM a relevant AI text tag is applied in the tag section and the conversation is added to activity/notes section. These tags include:
AI_ENGAGED - Lead replied to your assistants text
AI_NEEDS_FOLLOW_UP - Your text assistant has found an opportunity for the agent to follow up on ASAP
AI_NOT_INTERESTED - The lead has replied with a negative sentiment to your assistants text and has automatically opted out of further communication
AI_OPT_OUT - The lead responded unfavorably, using any language to “stop,” we will automatically opt the lead out of all future texting
Ylopo Notifications

When someone responds to your AI text assistant in Stars, the corresponding AI text tag will be added to the leads profile in Lofty, ex: AI_ENGAGED or AI_OPT_OUT. The conversation in Stars is added as notes to the leads profile.
The Assigned agent will recieve a text and email when a lead has responded to your AI text assistant.
Agents will go to the leads Stars profile to step in as the assistant or manage the AI texting.
AI texts messages where the AI found an opportunity will also be flagged as a priority alert.
Priority Lead Alerts

When someone’s home search activity really heats up, or they reach out to you for help or more information, we will flag them as a "Priority Lead" in Lofty.
Ylopo will add a “YPRIORITY” tag and a priority note on the leads profile. The assigned agent will receive a similar email and text about the lead’s engagement.
