What is PPC+?

PPC+ is Ylopo's most advanced Google advertising product. It takes everything that makes our standard PPC campaigns effective and adds two meaningful upgrades: a dedicated phone number on every ad that connects serious prospects directly to you through our call center, and AI² bundled in by default to make sure every lead—whether they filled out a form or called in—gets the attention it deserves.

The result is a more complete lead pipeline: you capture both the people who prefer to fill out a form and research at their own pace, and the people who are ready to have a conversation right now.

What You Get with PPC+

  • More ways for prospects to reach you. Every PPC+ Google ad includes a call-out phone number in addition to the standard lead form. When someone calls that number, Ylopo's call center answers, vets the call, and transfers valid leads directly to you. This means you're capturing high-intent prospects who want to talk immediately, not just the ones who are comfortable filling out a form.

  • A lower cost per lead. By applying our latest AI optimization models to bidding, targeting, and intent signals, PPC+ delivers approximately 10% lower cost per lead than standard PPC—and that includes the added calls on top of your regular form leads.

  • AI² working your pipeline automatically. PPC+ includes both AI Text and AI Voice, which means every new form-fill lead gets contacted by AI immediately. AI Text and AI Voice handle the first touch so no lead goes cold while you're busy.

  • An important note on call volume: PPC+ is primarily a lead generation product, with inbound calls as a valuable bonus. The calls you do receive have already been screened by Ylopo's call center, so they represent your highest-intent prospects. Think of them as the people who raised their hand and said "I want to talk to someone right now."

Requirements:

To be on PPC+, you need:

  • Follow Up Boss as your CRM

  • Ylopo Suite + Lead Gen (or Level 1 equivalent)

  • AI Text and AI Voice (both are required and bundled with PPC+)

  • A minimum monthly budget of $600 for PPC+ media (for existing clients)

  • A verified Google Business Profile. If you don't have one or yours isn't verified, our team can help get that set up at no additional cost.

It targets consumers who are looking for keywords like “Los Angeles homes for sale” and serves up a relevant dynamic ad on the first page of Google results. This ad drives the consumer to your home search site to register and becomes a lead.

What is PPC Seller Lead Generation?

Ylopo’s PPC advertising takes place primarily on Google search, Google display ads, Gmail, and Youtube. We target a wide range of high-intent keywords that indicate a person is thinking about selling their home. There are many variations of keywords, but a few examples include “what’s my home worth” or “selling my home”. Once the qualifying questions are answered, they are a lead! Contact info will be sent to your CRM for immediate follow-up, and each lead will be included in your Seller Remarketing.

PPC & PPC+ FAQ

  • Standard PPC captures leads through form signups only. PPC+ adds inbound call transfers on top of that, pairs it with AI Voice, and uses updated optimization models that bring the cost per lead down. On average, it's about 10% lower than standard PPC (including phone calls).

  • If you are an existing client, a minimum of $600/month in PPC+ media spend, plus an AI Voice purchase are required. You must have an active Google Business Profile for the inbound call piece to work.

  • You can find your ad performance in Mission Control under the marketing tab, on your monthly marketing report, or you can email marketing@ylopo.com for a detailed report.

  • Please email marketing@ylopo.com or schedule a call with marketing to review your target locations.

  • While AI Texting will be working your leads with a specific script built by our team (and continued to be refined) specifically for PPC, our recommendation is that you still follow the standard protocol for working each lead. This includes a phone call right away to the lead and a cadence of follow up phone calls. Join us on our Coaches Office Hours  to learn best practices on working your PPC leads daily.

  • We ask for consumers to give us their full name in one field rather than a first and last name. We have found this to dramatically impact conversion results because we are reducing fields by one.  However, this leads to some consumers who do not provide us first and last name, but just one name.  We recommend if you need the last name to get that directly from the lead once you have connected with them.

  • Currently, seller ppc is not available in Canada due to postal code vs zipcodes and the absence of sold data in Canadian IDX feeds.
