What is RAIYA? (AI Assistant)

What is AI (Artificial Intelligence) Texting?
AI texting is essentially the action of Raiya responding to any message a lead sends. Both Drip and Behavioral text conversations will transfer to an AI Text thread only after a lead responds to a message. Raiya will never initiate a conversation with an AI text message, only a Drip or Behavioral text.

Once a new lead registration text is sent to the lead, the AI engages in several ways:
- Added value by recommending properties
- AI finds out the time frame and location of interest
- Gathers lead budget, bed, and bath preferences
- Finds out pre-qualification status
- Finds out if they own a home and if they have an agent
- Confirms the lead's interest in follow up appointments by adding a Hand Raiser Alert
What is Behavioral Texting?
Behavioral text messages are an initial text message sent to the Lead in response to a certain behavior performed on the Home Search Site. Ylopo only texts your prospects in response to their engagement on your home search website. On average, one text is sent to a lead every two months (0.5 texts per month per lead).
